Radio Stations That Play World Music

Radio stations that play world music are somewhat difficult to come by. Many college and public radio stations offer a few programs specializing in world music, but with the advent of streaming radio on the internet, it's now possible to hear world music at any time, wherever you are.
BBC Radio 3
Radio 3, one of the BBC's numerous radio stations, hosts multiple world music radio programs. Live streaming is available if you're not lucky enough to live in the U.K. and just click on Radio 3 whenever you want. Radio 3 also hosts a World Music Awards show and concert every year.
The Thistle and Shamrock
The Thistle and Shamrock is one of NPR's most popular syndicated radio programs. Host Fiona Ritchie guides listeners through the world of Celtic Music, from Irish to Scottish to Breton and beyond! KBON - Louisiana Proud!
